SHIPPING

• Same-Day delivery is available for a 30 mile radius of our store location. Orders must be placed by 2pm for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the next day. 
• Orders under $50 are subject to a $5 delivery fee.
• Orders of $50 and/or more are eligible for free delivery.
• While supplies last. Quantities may be limited. Delivery may be delayed due to acts beyond our reasonable control, which may include, but are not limited to, weather, staff shortages, power outages, shutdowns, local or federal governmental actions, and other similar acts.

RETURNS

Fuzzy Buttz has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all pet food and pet treats. If your pet doesn’t like it, bring it back. Fuzzy Buttz will gladly accept the return of your online order within 14 days of the purchase date. All returns must be in-store and must have a purchase receipt, this can be a printed copy or a digital copy on your smartphone. Returns without a receipt may be refused or refunded with in-store credit only.

No returns on pet houses, crates, carriers, beds, or litter pans.

Delivery fees are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the fee for delivery will be
deducted from your refund.

Fuzzy Buttz reserves the right to limit returns regardless of receipt. Items purchased by check will be returned as cash. If funds are not available at the store, a corporate check will be issued. Valid government-issued ID (US-issued ID; State-issued ID; Driver's License (DL), including US Military ID; or Passport) is required for all returns and exchanges. Fuzzy Buttz checks your information solely for the purpose of preventing return abuse. Fuzzy Buttz will not sell the information obtained through this process.
