-Set up your account online using your unique code (this code is what allows Ucari to upload your results)

-Collect your pet's hair (10-15 strands) & put hair into provided bag

-Pop the collection bag into the envelope & mail;

-Ucari will email you once your results have been uploaded (usually around 2 days after they receive your sample)

What About the Hair:

There is no specific length needed, meaning they can shaved or cut hairs or pulled from a brushing. We had luck with simply running our hand down our pet's back or giving a gentle tug as if to deshed.
